We have been making ramen for a decade under the name Café Stiernan. In the summer of 2021, we reopened and became Stiernan Ramen.

In a minimalistic atmosphere, our goal is to offer a steaming bowl of long-boiled soup, carefully composed tare (seasoning), perfectly cooked noodles, and thoughtfully chosen toppings.
